Support
Professional support through Meld Solutions includes answering questions or helping you resolve issues that might arise when using our products. Professional support through Meld Solutions is available through the purchase of incidents, which are measured in lengths of one (1) hour.
Short Term Support
If you are looking to resolve a specific issue or need our services over a short period of time, a short term suppport contract may address your needs. Our short-term support agreement includes up to 4 incidents* within 90 days, in which we guarantee a response within 2 business days and begin working on a resolution within 3 business days. Cost: $700.00
Long Term Support
Long term support is ideal for projects that are core to your business operation, where you need the security of having the experts at Meld Solutions within easy reach.
Basic Support
Basic support includes 15 incidents, in which we guarantee a response within 1 business day, and begin working on the solution within 3 business days. Basic support is available on an anual basis. Cost: $2250.00.
Advanced Support
Advanced support includes 50 incidents, in which we guarantee a response within 1 business day, and begin working on the solution within 2 business days. Advanced support is also available on an anual basis. Cost: $6250.00.

Should you require expert assistance with creating custom code, Mura integrations, plugin development or a complete solution, we can offer an affordable solution. We will be happy to work with you to develop a custom, affordable solution that addresses your specific needs.
